Here's how to make chocolate brownies that are really delicious and can be made in less than half an hour if you have all ingredients and equipment ready!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs                                                                     2
  • All purpose flour                                                1 cup (16 tablespoons)
  • Oil (cooking oil or olive oil)                               1 cup (250 ml, 8 fl. oz)
  • Milk                                                                     1 cup (250 ml, 8 fl. oz)
  • Sugar(ground)                                                    3/4 cup(12 tbsp/6 ounces)
  • Cocoa powder                                                     4 tablespoons
  • Baking powder                                                   1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda                                                        1/2 tablespoon
Method:
  1. Beat all above mentioned ingredients in a large mixing bowl until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Grease some melted butter in a microwave safe dish that can hold all the paste with some place for the paste to rise and ensure that the dish can fit in the microwave.
  3. Pour the mixture into the dish and put it in a microwave. Bake it for 8-9 minutes (not more than that).
Chocolate Sauce for topping:
  • Milk                                                                  1 glass (250 ml)
  • Cocoa powder                                                  3 tablespoons
  • Sugar                                                                4 tablespoons
Mix  the milk, cocoa powder and sugar in a saucepan. Heat it on a medium flame. Stir until it is smooth and thick. Decorate the brownies with the sauce and some nuts.
