Ingredients:
- Eggs 2
- All purpose flour 1 cup (16 tablespoons)
- Oil (cooking oil or olive oil) 1 cup (250 ml, 8 fl. oz)
- Milk 1 cup (250 ml, 8 fl. oz)
- Sugar(ground) 3/4 cup(12 tbsp/6 ounces)
- Cocoa powder 4 tablespoons
- Baking powder 1 tablespoon
- Baking soda 1/2 tablespoon
- Beat all above mentioned ingredients in a large mixing bowl until you get a smooth paste.
- Grease some melted butter in a microwave safe dish that can hold all the paste with some place for the paste to rise and ensure that the dish can fit in the microwave.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and put it in a microwave. Bake it for 8-9 minutes (not more than that).
- Milk 1 glass (250 ml)
- Cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
